I am not sure I could summarize this book more than Goodreads.com already has, so I won't even try.

To be honest, I know this is book is going to get me emotional (and I have been over emotional for the past couple of days, so I have no idea why I am torturing myself) but the book has been on my KOBO forever and I the reviews have me intrigued.
